A ROBUST HEALTH, SAFETY AND

ENVIRONMENTAL (“HSE”) AGENDA

We go all out to provide a safe and healthy environment for all our employees, sub-contractors and visitors
to our work sites, while ensuring continual health, safety and environmental (“HSE”) improvements are
undertaken wherever possible. Our motto, “SAFETY FIRST” sums up our commitment to upholding safety as
a top priority at all our work locations.

In recognition of our commitment towards pursuing good housekeeping and safety management practices,
we have received 5-S accreditation from SIRIM and the Hong Kong 5-S Association. In every project that we
undertake, we ensure that the issue of sustainable construction is foremost on everyone’s minds.

We have also attained accreditation for our ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System and
OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. With the necessary three
management systems in place, we are in a good position to roll out an Integrated Management System to
make us a more efficient and effective construction and infrastructure company.
