We owe our success to our customers and are constantly looking at ways and means to delight them while
delivering added value. Our customers have the assurance that we will consistently deliver Design and Build
projects within the stipulated timeframe, specifications and budget. As we pledge to do all this without
sacrificing safety, quality or the environment, we continue to make good on our promises.

Aside from ensuring excellence in our core areas of expertise, we continue to add value to our customers by
meeting their needs in the areas of sustainable development. Our efforts to date include cultivating an expertise
in green and energy efficient building construction. Our maiden green building project, Menara Technip, which
has received Green Building Index (“GBI”) Gold certification, is a fine example of this.

To strengthen our green building capability, we are constantly developing our workforce’s expertise through
GBI facilitator courses. By introducing green building elements into our customers’ projects, we are ensuring
that they get the best value for their investments in the long run. Through proactively working with our
consultants and customers to seek out the most innovative approaches, we are confident that we will continue
to deliver value to our many stakeholders as well as the nation.
