Project background
• Set in Bukit Pantai, a popular hilly enclave for Kuala Lumpur’s affluent, expatriates and professionals,
this premier development was undertaken in collaboration with CapitaLand Financial, the real
estate financial service arm of CapitaLand, one of the largest listed property players in the region.
CapitaLand’s involvement in this highly sought after development underscores the project’s
credibility.
• Artfully crafted, ZEHN was designed by the award-winning BEP Akitek. Its prolific modern tropical
garden design was undertaken by prominent landscape designer Karl Princic, while its state-of-the-
art kitchens were designed by internationally renowned chef, Cheong Liew.
