Project highlights
         •     Built on approximately one acre of land, the project faced space constraints that gave rise to huge logistic

               issues. Unexpected rock stratum at the basement also posed a problem at the excavation stage.



         •     Despite these difficult conditions, the project was successfully completed on time.
