                                                                           Incorporated in September 1996, Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd (“PMSB”) is a subsidiary
                                                                           of construction group Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad, which is listed on the Main
                                                                           Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

                                                                           From our humble beginnings as a sub-contractor, we have steadily grown from
                                                                           strength to strength and have today distinguished ourselves as a reputable
                                                                           main contractor and an established player in the Malaysian construction and
                                                                           infrastructure sectors.
