Wohnraum war Ende der 1950er Jahre immer noch ein Mangel. Sowohl in der Stadt als auch auf dem
Land baute man deshalb diese oder ähnliche Mehrfamilienhäuser. Später wurden sie saniert und moder-
nisiert. Dem Bausatz liegen alle Teile zum Variieren bei. Der Fantasie, eine Neubausiedlung zu ge stalten,
sind damit keine Grenzen gesetzt.
