LEADERS

As we JITOians are aware, Jainism is India's sixth largest
religion and if we go by the census figures, Jains form
around 0.36 percent of the world population wherein
most of them are in India. Out of this, there is a sizeable
number comprising of Jain Youth.

Jain Youth are our tomorrow's world – what they do
today or which path they set themselves today will
decide upon their future.

Their actions will, to a large extent, decide in making a
better tomorrow for our community and also for all
MOTILAL OSWAL, Chairman, JITO Apex others who are connected.

In this pursuit, it is imperative for senior and experienced members to ensure that our Jain Youth are guided
and set in the right path. Assist those who genuinely need assistance, guide those who are beginners and, most
important, keep a vigil on the ones who have started their journey so as to ensure that they stay focused.
Infuse upon them the importance of laying a strong foundation for a bright future which in turn will benefit the
entire Jain community.

In addition to guiding these Jain Youth, the need of the hour is to also channelize them to participate and
contribute towards betterment of the Jain community. The Jain Youth should be emphasized to spare time
and contribute towards the cause of upliftment of our community. More and more programs to be devised by
which way the Youth generation can be attracted. JITO has huge number of programs and activities for Youths
and I am sure the Youth would get the desired benefit from the same.

JITO should try and identify special Youth members who have contributed in a larger sense and honour their
contribution. This will be a boosting factor for other Youth member to follow suit. And will also pass message
to other members to cultivate a habit of contributing towards the Jain community. I hereby pledge my
complete support in this endeavor..
