                  CV  induce mild hypothermia 32°C–34°C (89.6°F–93.2°F). Consider AICD.  ■  ■  Rhythm: Irregular.  ■  ■  if untreated.




















                            Ventricular rate: Fibrillatory waves with no pattern.


                             Atrial rate: Unable to determine; no P waves; no PR interval.












                         Management: Amiodarone, procainamide, lidocaine, magnesium sulfate, immediate defibrillation at

                       200–360 J; CPR with epinephrine, vasopressin, and sodium bicarbonate; intubate, IV access if none present,
                                 Chaotic pattern. No effective ventricular contraction. No CO, no pulse, no BP . Brain death occurs within 4–6 min
