INTELLIGENT BOAT AND SMART PERSONAL FLOTATION DEVICE

Intelligent Boat and Smart Personal Flotation
Device which based on Artificial Intelligence
(AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) concept also
enhanced by green technology, energy saving
and biomimicry is an invention to save people
who stuck in flood and grown victims. By
pressing the help button on the Smart
Personal Flotation Device, we are able to get
the coordinate of the victims. The operator
needs to set the coordinate at our Immagent
App AI Boat and the boat will autonomously go
to the victims and save them. When there were
no victims, this boat can be used for daily use
just by using our app and you can simply
control the boat. Therefore, this project is fits
with the theme ‘Engineering for Society’.
Based on our research, a large casualty is
seen in flood and drown cases due to rescue
being unaware of their presence especially the
poor. In this modernization epoch, rescue
boats are a mainstream for flood evacuation
services and drown rescue team, however
they are still not up to the task at hand. This
problem is still not solved. On the other hand,
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become quite
viral nowadays due to many projects and
inventions relation to robotics and integration
of Internet of Things (IoT) in daily life, but they
are not used for the grater cause. Hence, we
are excited for the invention of an AI boat PENCAPAIAN DALAM PERTANDINGAN
which can simply save the victims just by
controlling an app at your home. INOVASI 2020
