VALLEY

The Butterfly Valley campus (Phase I) will be a
transformative facility located just 5 minutes walk away
from the Lai Chi Kok MTR station, opening in 2017. CAIS
will be situated near the development of the economic
and cultural hub of West Kowloon where many corporate
offices choose to have their headquarters and businesses.

The new campus will expand our admissions of students
up to 1,600 students.

Group Learning Zones are incorporated into the
campus design, facilitating student-centered learning
in collaborative Small Learning Communities. these
common areas can be utilized for exhibitions, assemblies,
and special projects to facilitate and showcase student
achievements. Phase I will include a 600 square meter
library, gymnasium, language rooms, science laboratories,
art studio, band classroom, lecture hall, and expansive

classroom spaces. Natural lighting provides daytime
illumination to help create a visually and thermally
comfortable place connected with nature.
