At present, the said case is being considered by
the Supreme Administrative Court. However, the Company
has followed the procedures of submitting and applying
for a construction permit correctly and received a permit
for the construction of modifications (Aor. 1) and building
operation (Aor. 6) for Robinson Saraburi Branch from
government officials who have the authority under the law.
Therefore, it is an internal matter between the government
sectors as to what criteria are used in considering
the approval of the issuance of construction permits to
the Company at that time, including the problem of
interpretation of the provisions of the Town Planning Law
between government agencies that have direct powers
and duties with the Central Administrative Court that may
disagree. The Company believes in the principle of honesty
in the existence of all construction permits which have
been reviewed and issued by a government official state.
Therefore, the Company as a private sector deserves
the protection of its legitimate expectation.
