Remuneration of Directors and Executives

(1) Monetary Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, SPS paid remuneration to 6 executives in the form of salaries and
annual bonuses, amounted to approximately THB 39 million. (Mr. Andrew Fairall received remuneration for
the executive positions under Central Retail from Central Retail Vietnam.)

(2) Other Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, SPS paid other remuneration to 6 executives in the form of provident fund
contributions, social security fund contributions, health insurance, travel expenses, fuel and telephone bills, etc.
