Plastic In-Use Covers
Flexible and easy to install, “While in Use” Covers are ideal for single-
gang, double-gang, horizontal and vertical outdoor applications in a
wet location.
• Ensure compliance with Article 406.8(B)(1) of the National Electronic Code
which states that 15 to 20 Ampere, 125 and 250 volt receptacles installed in a
wet location shall have an enclosure that is weatherproof whether or not the
attachment plug cap is inserted.
• Meets UL and CSA Cold Impact Testing at -60˚F (-51˚C)
• Clear UV Stabilized Polycarbonate Covers for long life in high abuse outdoor
installations
• All Covers are shipped with gasket, mounting screws, base and cover assembly
and two inserts
• Patented inserts for all wiring devices
