Student Apartment fees include all utilities (gas, electricity, water and internet access), and cleaning of
communal areas. Bedroom Cleaning, and Laundry & Ironing Services are available at an additional cost.

Homestay fees include half board accommodation, all utilities (gas, electricity, water and internet
access), and laundry of clothing and bedding.

If the host family expects to be absent for holidays, Christmas or other periods we will inform students
beforehand and make alternative accommodation arrangements.

Fees are payable in one lump sum before the student moves into the accommodation.

We also take bookings for shorter (a minimum of 2 weeks) or longer periods to suit your individual
