❑ Why didn't you go upstairs?
❑ A stone thrown sideways moves in the curve path and ultimately falls towards
the earth’s surface?
❑ What causes an object to fall straight to the earth?
❑ If an object falls to the earth, why doesn't the sun and moon fall to the earth?
He concluded that this was due to gravity.
