Coin and feather experiment : Observation
In a gas jar without vacuum , the coin and feather are found falling
one after another. The coin fell earlier to the bottom whereas
feather fell later.
However , In a gas jar with vacuum , the coin and feather are
found falling simultaneously . The coin and feather both fell
together to the bottom.
Coin and feather experiment : Conclusion
Under free fall , the acceleration produced on the bodies is the
same for all the bodies and it does not depend upon the mass of
them.
