How and When to Enroll/Make Changes

The 2022 Open Enrollment is PASSIVE, except in the case of any Flexible Spending Account or
Health Savings Account. You must re-enroll in these each year. There have been contribution
changes to the medical plan. We encourage you to review your coverage and make adjustments as
desired. Consistent with prior years, the bulk of the increase will be absorbed by BFS. There are not
other employee contribution changes.

All changes will go into effect as of January 1, 2022 unless otherwise noted.
• Log in to Dayforce to confirm your password is current. Login instructions for first-time users are
shown below.
• Review each benefit option to confirm which coverage is best for you and your family.
• Decide which eligible dependent(s) you will be covering (if different than current) and have their
birthdate(s) and Social Security Number(s) available when you are enrolling.
• Log in to Dayforce and click on the Benefits icon or select Benefits in the drop down menu on
the left side of the screen. You’ll see a notice that you have an Enrollment available. Click on it
and follow the prompts through the enrollment.
