WELCOME

As we start to rebound from the turbulence of the past two years, I am excited
to welcome you to our CBOF55 Hybrid event! While COVID-19 had emo onal
impacts on all of us, what I personally found quite refreshing was how we could
heighten the emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and
the supply chain. I no ced more inten onal and focused efforts and
conversa ons around DE&I and the eleva on of Environment, Social,
Governance (ESG), which brings even more integra on opportuni es for our
Rona Fourté
minority-owned businesses to serve our corporate members.

Diversity underscores the importance of ensuring complete alignment with the global
CBRE marketplace. Addi onally, the importance of equipping MBEs and being
equipped ourselves to be fit for purpose comes full circle. We're facing a NEW

normal, and as we move into the future, our collabora on and preparedness

will determine our des ny.

ChicagoMSDC, Inc. ChicagoMSDC has been in existence for over 55 years, and that is something to
be proud of; we must also protect this legacy. As we restructure our service
delivery model to meet the needs of our corporate members, we will be
equipping our MBEs with insights and development opportuni es to help them
grow. CBOF will help solidify this effort through networking, educa onal
forums, and rela onship building.
