Kandungan oksigen terlarut dalam A adalah lebih tinggi daripada B kerana sebahagian oksigen telah
meresap ke sel-sel badan ikan sebelum dibebaskan melalui insang.

The content of dissolved oxygen in A is higher than B because some oxygen has di used into the sh's body cell before released through
gills.

2. Tandakan (✓) pada pernyataan yang betul tentang sistem respirasi belalang. TP1
Mark (✓) the correct statement about the respiratory system in grasshopper.

(a) Sistem respirasi belalang ialah sistem trakea.
The respiratory system of grasshopper is tracheal system. ✓

(b) Spirakel ialah liang halus di bahagian sisi badan belalang yang digunakan untuk menapis
udara sedutan.
Spiracle is a tiny pore on the side of the grasshopper’s body used to lter the inhaled air.

(c) Pertukaran gas berlaku antara sel-sel badan dan trakeol. ✓
The gaseous exchange occurs between the body cells and the tracheole.

3. Encik Raju perlu memakai sut yang sesuai untuk menyertai ekspedisi mendaki Gunung Everest. Selain
daripada sut tersebut, beliau juga perlu membawa tangki oksigen. Wajarkan. SP 2.5.1 TP5 KBAT Menilai
Mr Raju have to wear an approriate suit to join expedition to climb Mount Everest. Apart from the suit, he also needs to bring an oxygen
tank. Justify.

Hal ini boleh menjejaskan pernafasan.

The oxygen content in high altitude is lower. This can a ect breathing.

4. Anemia sel sabit adalah sejenis penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bentuk sel darah merah yang tidak normal
iaitu berbentuk sabit. Nyatakan kesan penyakit ini yang dialami oleh pesakit. SP 2.5.1 TP4 KBAT Menilai
Sickle cell anaemia is a type of disease caused by abnormal red blood cells that are sickle-shaped. State the e ects of the disease to the

patient.
Ruang dalam sel darah merah adalah kecil. Kandungan hemoglobin juga rendah menyebabkan oksigen
yang diangkut adalah rendah. Pesakit sering berasa letih.

The space in the red blood cells is smaller. Haemoglobin content is also low causing the low oxygen transported. The patient always feels
tired.
