Grandma’s House

Grandma’s house is very small and a place to sit and dream
just a bedroom and a hall down beside a little stream.
and a parlour full of flowers Grandma’s house is full of things
lots of clocks to tell the hours things with wheels and things with wings,
and a kitchen with a cat things with spouts and things with handles,
fast asleep on a mat bells and books and fans and candles.
and a bathroom cool and white Grandma’s house is very small,
full of towels soft and bright but I love to go to call,
and a front door with a bell and to share a pot of tea-
and a garden with a well just my grandmama and me!

B Follow the instructions below and make a diorama of the grandma’s kitchen. After you have

1. You must get a shoe box/tissue box/any small box.
2. Then, make an opening.
3. After that, create a background by using coloured paper for the living room.
4. Now, place the household items in their respective places by mounting the figures on a
cardboard to secure it. You may also hang the figures of household items.
