leftovers in the garbage has attracted a lot of stray animals, rats and flies. What should I do? I’ll be

Hi,
How are you? I know that a dirty neighbourhood is an eyesore, and it is uncomfortable to

live in a dirty environment every day. I would like to give you some suggestions on how to tackle
this problem. First, you may put up a big notice board beside the roads to remind the residents
that it is illegal to throw their rubbish there. Next, you may also inform the local council of the

situation so that they can dispatch the law enforcement officers to your neighbourhood to monitor
the situation. Lastly, you may also request the local council to clean up the mess so that all of the

residents in your neighbourhood can live in a comfortable environment. I hope my suggestions
