MODALS
Modal verbs are used with other verbs to express ability, obligation, permission,
possibility and so on.

Modal Verb Uses Examples
– general ability present and I can speak three languages.

Could – request / permission We could go to the fishing village.
– suggestion / future

May – future possibility I may join the traditional dance
