Clearly communicated program objectives & expectations for your role leading
up to the event.
Communicated with you in appropriate frequency leading up to the event
(regarding Zoom log-in, reminders).
Hospitality of technology team upon arrival into the virtual waiting room, cueing
up your presentation, and meeting your needs while presenting (eg., troubleshooting).
Timely response to your questions and/or concerns leading up to the event.
1% of respondents rated the event host & volunteer technology staff with
'4 stars' in the first (3) categories above & '5' stars in

100% of respondents said, 'Yes,' they would participate again.
