Alhamdulillah, I am truly grateful to the Almighty Allah SWT for bestowing me
this blessed opportunity, because as of today, I will be given a moment to give
out a few words regarding the iMessage school rules book for the year 2021.
I would like to express my gratitude and congratulations to the staffs of SMK
Putrajaya Precinct 16 (1) especially to the management of the Pupil Affairs Unit
and the Disciplinary Committee and Supervisors of SMK Putrajaya Precinct 16
(1) in 2021. I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone for
successfully displaying a high level of commitment and a strong spirit of
cooperation in realizing the iMessage school rules book which symbolizes the
image and identity of the school itself.

Self-discipline is very important among pupils to determine their level of success
in both, academic and in the extra-curricular activities.

It is undeniable that the efforts made by pupils who excel in academics need to
be accompanied by a high level of self-discipline so that the praiseworthy
personality will stand out the most. This aspect surely aligns with the vision of the
Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) which is Quality of Education, Educated
Individuals, and a Prosperous Country.
All in all, MOE has implemented a comprehensive and integrated strategy for the
application of noble values in PPPM 2013-2025. A plan that demands all parties
