FOREWORD BY THE PRINCIPAL

Assalamualaikum and greetings to all.

I would like to express my humble gratitude to the Almighty Allah for the success in
producing The New Version of School Rules Book 2021. This success is the result of
the mobilization of energy and undivided commitment from the school administration,
especially the Pupil Affairs Unit and the line of teachers of the Disciplinary Committee
and Invigilators of SMK Putrajaya Presint 16 (1) (STO)
The iMessage book is indeed the new identity of our school formulated to take into the
accounts of the existing Professional Circular Letter that has been outlined by the
Ministry of Education Malaysia. This effort is implemented because of the rapid growth
in our country’s education system.

In my opinion, not only members of the school such as administrators, teachers or
pupils, but also parents should be aware of the changes implemented by the
government so that the progression of education will continue to be strengthened from
time to time. Education policy through KSSR and KSSM currently emphasize not only
in the areas of achievement such as knowledge, but also in the aspects of skills,

personality, and values of a character which are taken into account to produce pupils
who are skilled in all aspects.

School rules and regulations are enacted to ensure the peace and security of students
as well as smoothness and effectiveness to create comfort for all parties, especially
during the process of implementation of Learning and Facilitation (PdPc) in schools.
This is more significant and more demanding in the new norms of Home Teaching and
Learning(PdPR). This is intended to create a balanced individual in the aspects of
