ADVOCACY PROGRAM
NEW THIS YEAR!
If you are a
participant in a
CCISD medical
plan, beginning on
September 1st,
you and your
dependents are
eligible to take
advantage of the
new Health
Advocacy Program
through Health
Advocate
Solutions. This is
a district provided
benefit, so all
services are
available at no
cost to you, your
spouse, your
dependent
children, your
parents, and even
your parents in
law! Examples of
services they can
assist with include
supporting
medical issues,
answering
questions about a
diagnosis or
treatment plan,
finding in network
providers, and
resolving
insurance claims
and billing issues.
