Enroll in TRS-ActiveCare Must "Waive"
(Decline) Coverage Every Year
In compliance with Affordable Care Act regulations, all CCISD employees eligible
for medical insurance are required to enroll in one of the TRS-ActiveCare health
plans or waive (decline) the coverage in the Benefits Hub Enrollment System. The
waiver must be submitted each year even if the coverage was waived previously.
