Repellant Properties

 PTFE treatment repels oil that can penetrate

to primary flash fire garment

 When an insult (oil) soaks through a fabric to

the primary garment, the wearer will receive a

higher percentage of body burns in a flash fire

 Insults that soak through to the primary

garment and contact the bare skin can cause

injuries, even if there is no flash fire

 Insults that go through will damage the

primary garment and will have to be
