ANIMALS ENSURE THE SURVIVAL OF THEIR YOUNG

Animals protect their eggs and young in
many ways to ensure that their species
can continue to live and prevent extinction.

Mammals such as rabbits, cats, and

goats care and suckle their young until
they are able to find their own food.

                                                                        rabbits
