On the first page of the album, which includes memories
from the years 1929 – 1934 in places around Europe, .‫שרה שנירר‬
there is a handwritten inscription from Rebbetzin Sarah ‫בראש דבריה היא רשמה באותיות גדולות את שלושת הפסוקים‬
Schenirer herself. She begins in big letters with the three :‫שהיו שגורים על לשונה תדיר והיוו את תמצית משנתה החינוכית‬

verses that she frequented to say and which served as the ‫ למנות ימינו כן הודע‬,‫ שויתי ה' לנגדי תמיד‬,‫עבדו את ה' בשמחה‬

essence of her teachings: "Serve Hashem with joy," "I place .‫ולאחר מכן דברי הדרכה קצרים ביידיש לאור פסוקים אלו‬

Hashem before me always," and "Teach us to number our days,” ‫הדברים נרשמו בכפר 'ראבקא' שליד קראקא שם התקיימו מחנות‬
followed with brief guidance in light of these words.
