Aqua HD is High Molecular Deposition Technology. It consists of a fibrous filter. The

fibers are like a microscopic mesh that traps particles down to the nanolevel, much
more effectively and with much more grabbing power than a physical filtering barrier.
This happens thanks to a natural process called adsorption.

The Aqua HD filter fibers contain a mineral called boehmite. This mineral has a

positive electric charge, while particles have a negative electric charge. The mineral
acts like a magnet: It attracts the particles and traps them on the filter surface (it
adsorbs them), so they can’t escape.
