TREATMENT OPTIONS

                                                         ULTRA-VIOLET TREATMENT

Water flows in very thin layers by

                                                          UV lamps which eliminate organic

particles in a way similar to sunrays.

                                                         OZONE DISINFECTION

                                                          Ozone-saturated bubbles are mixed
with water where the ozone eliminates

particles. Ozone is made by passing

oxygen through ultraviolet light or a
                                                          “cold” electrical discharge.

                                                         OTHER CHEMICAL

                                                         TREATMENTS

These processes add to the water
                                                          chemical substances like aesthetic

chlorine, which kill the particles, but

do not remove them from the water.

                                                         BOILING

                                                          Boiling water kills most particles
but does not remove them. It also

                                                          eliminates most of the natural

minerals and it requires a lot of

                                                          energy.
