Office of Skills Development Helps UA-PTC Develop Leaders

A Technical College is helping
to grow future Arkansas business
leaders. The Emerging Leaders
Development Program is a 36-week
course which teaches leadership
and management skills to current
employees of local companies.
Completion of this course makes
the participants more qualified to fill
advanced positions that may open
up within their company. Arkansas
Department of Career Education's
Office of Skills Development (OSD)
helped fund this course with their
Skills Development Grants.
