                         Faculty  is  encouraged  to  participate  in  seminars/workshops  to  have  exposure  to
                          research and enhance their knowledge and skills.
                         Induction programme are organized by the college for junior faculty members.
                         Two  faculty  members  attended  a  four  day  residential  training  programme  in  June,
                          2016 organized by the college.
