                       policies of the DCC.

                 d.    The tenure of the members of DCC is ten years.
                 e.    To  conduct  the  meeting  80% of  the  DCC is  to carry  out  various
                       development activities in the society.

                 f.    The meeting of District Assembly is held once a year.
