Already, yet and still are adverbs.
Already is used when an action has happened sooner than
expected but only with the present and the past tense and
affirmative sentences.
Yet is used to ask if something expected has happened or to say
something expected hasn’t happened.
Still is used to show situations that continue to the present time,
sometimes longer than expected.
