          *  A collective noun is the name we give to a group of nouns to

             refer to them as one.


          4.1.  Know these collective nouns. The words in red are the

                collective nouns for the following common nouns.

                 Herd        : Cattle                            Swarm   : Bees / ants

                 Flock     : Sheep/goats/birds                   Bale        : turtles

                 Clump   : trees/ plants                         Team    : players
