          4.1.  Know the following proverbs.


               a.   A chain is as strong as its weakest link : If one member of a team
                     doesn’t perform well , the whole team will fail.
                     Use   :  The team wasn’t bad at all but the performance of Rohan

                             did all the destruction. After all, a chain is as strong as
                             its weakest link.
               b.   The grass is always greener on the other side of hill : People tend

                     to have whatever they don’t have.
                     Use : Engineers envy the life of doctors, doctors envy politicians

                             and politicians envy  entrepreneurs. The grass is always
                             greener on the other side of hill.
               c.   One man’s trash is another man’s treasure : Different people

                     have different ideas about what is valuable.
                     Use : There’s no universal list of valuables. A craved thing for

                             one can be of no use for the other; one man’s trash is
                             another man’s treasure.
               d.   Easy come easy go : When you get money easily and quickly, it

                     is easy to spend it or lose it quickly.
                     I won a lottery of Rs. 10,000 but spent the whole sum in party.
                     Easy come easy go.

               e.   Hope for the best but prepare for the worst : Bad things might
                     happen, be prepared.
