morbidity and even mortality. Hence, ensuring medication
safety is vital.

• 7Rs: During administering any medication; it is
proposed that the healthcare providers check whether
it is the RIGHT patient, medication, time, dose and
route ( per oral, sublingual, patch, etc), documentation
