              How topped-up are your batteries?

                 This is a five point test:

                               Sleep are you getting enough
                             (Guide  – eight hours or slightly less with age)


               Eating habits – are  (Guide – moderation in all things)  5  and enjoy your full entitlement?
                  you being sensible?









                                                               Holidays – do you take


                                             Thinking time – do you think about
                                              what you are doing in life and in work,
                                                 even for a few minutes each day?




                     Exercise – honestly what
                    are you doing each week?
                 (Guide – three sessions of 20 minutes per
              week – even brisk walks – is a reasonable aim)




              Stress
                 Time and stress are cyclists on the same tandem. Bad management
                 of one pushes the other out of control.

                 You should always watch out for signs of stress in yourself and
                 others… and take corrective action.
