Other history signs
• Increased edema of the lower extremities, orthopnea, and paroxysmal nocturnal
dyspnea will occur in congestive heart failure.
• Night sweats, Fever, Hemoptysis, Underweight in TB patients
• Episodes of acute fever, purulent sputum production, and pleuritic chest pain will
occur in patients with pleural effusion associated with aerobic bacterial
pneumonia.
