Interventions:

1. Assess theophylline levels.

• Therapeutic range of theophylline is between 10 to 20 mcg/mL.

Theophylline causes increases anxiety.

2. Monitor oxygen saturation.

• Increase anxiety may indicate an early sign of hypoxia.
