6 Move patient edge of the bed

6.1 Place the left hand under patient’s shoulder and hold the

opposite shoulder

6.2 Place right hand under patient’s chest and move head and chest

close to the edge of right side of the bed

6.3 place left hand under patient’s waist and the other hand under

patient knees and move patient’s trunk and legs to the edge of the

right side of the bed
