6.6.8 Maintainance

Ensure that all machines/equipment are maintained in good condition and planned
preventive maintenances (PPM) carried out according to the schedule.
• Safety check for autoclave accordingly (refer to checklist or log for items)
• Breakdown shall be reported immediately and ensure that action is taken within the
time stipulated.

6.6.9 Movement of instruments
• Update record of inventory
• Document movements of supplies

6.6.10 Waste Management
• Follow standard management of waste segregation and disposal.
