             1. Primary: More generalized osteoarthritis that affects the

                     fingers, thumbs, spine, hips, and knees.








             2. Secondary: Osteoarthritis that occurs after injury or


                     inflammation in a joint, or as a result of another condition


                     such as hemochromatosis.
