History - underlying disease

• History of heart murmur • Heavy snoring

• Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) or • Daytime hypersomnolence

pulmonary embolism (PE)
• Morning headaches

• Raynaud phenomenon
• Morbid obesity

• Arthritis or arthralgias
• Family history of pulmonary

• Rash hypertension

• Heavy alcohol consumption • Drug use, in particularly diet drugs

and illicit drugs
• Hepatitis
