11 Move patient to the side of bed simultaneously

12 Instruct patient to flex the neck and place his arms across

the chest

13 At the count of three, lift and carry patient safely and

simultaneously towards the trolley

14 Place patient simultaneously on the stretcher

15 Unlock the trolley wheels and move trolley away from the

bed.
