3. MECHANICAL FACTORS

Prenatal :

• Oligohydramnious

• Primigravida

• Metatarsus adductus - signs of intrauterine crowding

• Torticollis - CDH in 10-20 % cases

• Cong. Knee recurvatum/dislocation - associated with Teratologic type

(fixed dislocation at birth with limited range of motion of the hip)
