QUICHE



       From the Kitchen of Cheryl Jean (Chelsea’s Mom)



       Ingredients:

       1 lb. sausage
       ¼ cup onion, chopped

       ¼ tsp. garlic salt
       ¼ tsp. pepper

       1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
       2 Tbsp. flour

       3 eggs, beaten

       1 small can carnation milk
       1 deep dish frozen pie shell















       Directions:
       Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

       Brown sausage and onion together in a skillet
       Drain well and place in large bowl

       Add in 1 cup cheese, flour, garlic salt, and pepper
       Mix well together

       Beat eggs well
       Place meat mixture in the frozen deep dish pie shell

       Pour egg mixture over meat mixture
       Top with ½ cup shredded cheese

       Bake on cookie sheet for 40-45 minutes





       Notes: You can also double this recipe since most deep dish pie shells

       come in packs of two.
       You can use bacon and sausage; and any cheese of choice
