Integral Family Development

System DIF

Under the slogan “We Protect What’s Most Important ...
Family”, the System for the Integral Development of the
Family, DIF complies with a series of programs to promote
and bring about union in the families of Nuevo Laredo.

In charge of Mrs. Adriana Herrera Zárate, a series of
programs is applied to strengthen the nucleus of families,
bring health services closer, promote the inclusion of
people with disabilities and the rights of children and
adolescents, as well as incentivize activities among active
adults with optimal health to reintegrate them into useful
life.

Through the My House DIF and Seeds of Love Shelters,
the DIF System has custody of children and teenagers,
giving them food, education and, above all, protection of
their physical and emotional integrity.

We have children’s education in different nurseries where
some function as pre-school centers. We have the only
special nursery for children with disabilities in the
State of Tamaulipas.
